Welding Lead
- Supervises team (up to 10) in fabrication and welding of the Company’s products.
- Leader in development of Welding working instructions and technical process methods methods.
- Balances work flow via re-assignments as needed.
- Ensure required HS&E equipment is used / maintained
- Assure written work instructions and quality checks are created and clear for each project.
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3 years Leader experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Prior experience with welding in a job shop fabrication is required:
- Strong welding technical and fit up knowledge is KEY.
- Demonstrated leadership, coaching, people development skills
- Pre Experience in Lean Manufacturing preferred
- Compensation: DOE - Negotiable
