Profile:
- Outstanding prior track record in a manufacturing environment executing:
- Leadership development of the entire operations team
- Succession Planning at all levels of the organization.
- Cross-Training Strategy in all departments
- Employee Engagement and Cultural Change Initiatives.
- Continuous Improvement (Lean) execution and sustainment
- Leadership development of the entire operations team
- Development, Implementation and Sustainment of key performance indicators (KPI’s)
- Prefer a minimum of 3-5 years in a significant leadership role.
- Prefer a Bachelor's Degree / some College
- Prefer someone who is promotable into a multi-site role within the business in the future.
- Compensation is DOE: Range is $80K to 100K plus Bonus.
- Re-lo is available for the right candidate.
- Must be authorized to work in the US (no Visa Sponsorship)
