We are seeking a friendly, compassionate, and organized team coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will work at the front desk of our mental health office and provide assistance to our team and our clients.
As a Client Care Coordinator, it is required that you are able to understand and complete the duties of the parties you are responsible for. You will be responsible for corresponding with patients, maintaining the organization of our office, and ensuring that our environment is welcoming, calm, and quiet for our patients and their families.

- Prior experience in a similar job is expected
- Must have computer skills (G Suite, Excel, CRM)

- Assist in the hiring process
- Onboarding Process for all employees
- Maintain Employee Files
- Managing reporting for company growth
- Quality control
- Enforce company policy and guidelines
- Have full knowledge of all job descriptions
- Understanding our EHR software
- Coordinate staffing needs
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
