We are hiring a Front Desk Sales Associate / Studio Assistant to support daily operations, manage customer communication, and play a key role in membership sales and conversion.
This position is ideal for someone with customer service or sales experience who enjoys talking with people, answering questions, and helping customers make confident decisions.
About the Role
This is a customer-facing, sales-forward front desk position with operational responsibilities. You will be one of the main points of contact for new and returning students and will directly support the studio’s growth through clear, consistent communication and membership sales.
Sales at Serenity is not high-pressure — but it is real sales.You will be expected to confidently explain pricing, answer objections, and help people commit to a membership that supports their goals.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Membership Support
- Explain pricing, memberships, and intro offers clearly
- Support intro → membership conversions
- Answer questions about commitment options and value
- Follow up with leads and students via email and text
- Support studio membership growth through consistent communication
Front Desk & Customer Service
- Greet students and manage class check-ins
- Assist new students and answer general questions
- Provide professional, timely customer support in person and digitally
- Respond to emails and text messages using studio systems
Studio Operations
- Open and/or close the studio depending on shift
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby
- Restock supplies and reset spaces between classes
Job Type: Part-time
