Live In Caregiver - CNA Experience
24 hours a day of care provided in a client home.
Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated experienced caregiver. We are looking for Certified Nursing Assistants to join our healthcare team.
The ideal candidate will provide essential support a senior in the comfort of thier home. This role involves assisting with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.
Duties
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in social activities and exercises to promote well-being
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to dietary needs.
- Help with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Assist elderly clients with transfers and mobility
- Knowledge of Hoyer Lift preferred
Requirements
- Previous experience in providing senior and or patient care
- Knowledge of patient care practices,
- Verifiable live in caregiver experience
- CNA certification is preferred or similar experience
- Proficiency in assisting with ADLs and meal preparation
- Ability to lift and transfer clients safely
- 18 years or older
- Speak English
- Comprehensive Background Check
- No car needed but ability to accompany a client to appointments or other locations
