Duties

• Perform a wide range of esthetic treatments including facials, body waxing, dermabrasion, eyelash extensions, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, and makeup application.
• Conduct specialized procedures such as esthetic laser treatments and skin rejuvenation therapies using advanced technology.
• Provide professional advice on skincare routines, product recommendations, and personalized treatment plans to meet individual client needs.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting all tools, equipment, and treatment areas in compliance with health regulations.
• Utilize salon management software such as MINDBODY to schedule appointments, process transactions, and update client records efficiently.
• Engage in retail sales by recommending skincare products and beauty solutions that complement treatments and enhance client results.
• Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and product innovations through ongoing education and training.

Experience

• Proven experience as an Esthetician or skincare specialist with a strong portfolio of performed treatments.
• Knowledge of esthetic laser procedures, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, eyelash extensions, body waxing, nail care, hair threading, and makeup application.
• Familiarity with salon software platforms such as MINDBODY for appointment scheduling and client management.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients.
• Certification in Cosmetology or Esthetics from an accredited program is required; additional certifications in laser treatments or advanced skin therapies are a plus.
• Strong understanding of sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.

Pay: $23.65 - $28.48 per hour
