The Role
The Director of Branding & Marketing will lead the development and execution of brand strategy across all owned and partner properties.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing all aspects of brand identity, PR, marketing, and social media.
- Managing best-in-class external partners and agencies across creative, digital, and communications.
- Ensuring a consistent and elevated luxury tone across every channel — from visual identity to experiential activations.
- Partnering with leadership to bring brand storytelling to life across development launches and lifestyle concepts.
- Acting as the brand’s guardian — maintaining taste, precision, and emotional resonance in every touchpoint.
The Ideal Candidate
- 8 years’ experience in luxury branding, marketing, or communications within hospitality, lifestyle, or high-end retail (hotels, private clubs, fashion houses, or global luxury brands).
- Deep understanding of luxury aesthetics and social media nuance — the ability to craft brand presence with restraint and sophistication, not noise.
- Proven success in managing agencies and brand partners to deliver cohesive, high-impact campaigns.
- Hands-on, strategic, and comfortable working closely with visionary leadership in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
- A natural storyteller with a strong sense of cultural awareness, visual literacy, and emotional intelligence.
