This is a full-time, on-site position for a Medical Biller based in Howell, NJ. The Medical Biller will manage and oversee the insurance billing process, including handling denials, reviewing claims for accuracy, resolving discrepancies, and following up on unpaid claims. Responsibilities also include working with insurance companies, verifying patient benefits, and utilizing medical coding systems such as ICD-10 to ensure compliance and maximize reimbursements.
- Understanding of Medical Terminology and familiarity with ICD-10 coding
- Experience with handling Insurance claims, including Medicare
- Knowledge of Denials management and claim resolution processes
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in using billing software and relevant tools
