Position Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced Pest Control Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is reliable, professional, and knowledgeable in pest control services, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and a growth mindset.

Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial pest control services
- Inspect properties and identify pest issues
- Apply treatments safely and according to state regulations
- Educate customers on pest prevention and treatment plans
- Maintain accurate service records and reports
- Drive company vehicle to scheduled appointments
- Provide excellent customer service at every stop
- Identify opportunities to recommend additional services

Requirements
- Valid Georgia Pest Control Technician License (Required)
- Minimum 1 years of pest control experience
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a route
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with termite treatments and baiting systems (Trelona, Sentricon, etc.)
- Knowledge of general household pests in Georgia
- Sales experience is a plus
