Serenity Pest Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced, sales-driven Customer Service Representative to join our team.
This role is designed for someone who is already confident on the phone and understands how to control conversations, overcome objections, and close deals consistently.
This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who can step in and produce results quickly.

Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and convert them into booked services
- Confidently quote pricing and handle objections
- Follow up with leads who did not book
- Schedule and optimize technician routes
- Retain customers and resolve service concerns
- Handle billing, payments, and account management
- Perform outbound calls for reactivations and service reminders
- Accurately manage customer data in our system
Requirements (Experienced Candidates Preferred)
- Previous CSR, call center, or inside sales experience required
- Proven ability to close sales over the phone
- Strong communication, confidence, and control in conversations
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn and operate company software systems
- Experience with FieldRoutes (PestRoutes) or similar CRM is a strong plus
Licensing Requirement
- Must have a Georgia Pest Control Technician License
- OR
- Must be willing and able to obtain one shortly after hireCompensation & Growth
- Starting pay: $15/hour
- Performance-based bonuses (based on booking rate and revenue)
