Serenity Mountain Recovery Center has expanded to our new, beautiful Doylestown location serving adult men and women with substance use disorders. We are seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Outreach Coordinator to build visibility, cultivate referral relationships, and support the steady admission of clients into our PHP and IOP levels of care. This role will market for our Doylestown and Waymart (women only) locations.
The Outreach Coordinator plays a critical role in strengthening community partnerships, representing Serenity Mountain in the region, and ensuring that individuals in need of services can easily access our trauma and spiritually-informed care. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a collaborative, mission-aligned, start-up environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business development: Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral partners, including hospitals, detox/residential programs, outpatient practices, primary care providers, mental health clinicians, and community organizations.
- Conduct outreach visits, presentations, and networking engagements to increase awareness of Serenity Mountain’s PHP/IOP services.
- Represent the organization at community events, resource fairs, and professional meetings.
- Generate leads and support the admissions team through clear communication and timely follow-up.
- Track outreach activity, trends, and referral patterns; maintain accurate CRM documentation.
- Distribute and maintain updated marketing materials; collaborate with leadership on messaging and campaigns.
- Identify new outreach strategies, partnership opportunities, and community initiatives to support program growth.
- Support start-up processes by helping establish outreach workflows and external relationship strategies.
- Assist as admission liaison with pre-admission process and discharge coordination process for new clients as needed (ex. screening calls, verifying insurance, the scheduling of initial services, etc.)
- Promote a trauma-informed, dignity-centered message consistent with Serenity Mountain’s mission and values.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Services, Behavioral Health, or related field preferred.
- Experience in SUD treatment, behavioral health marketing, admissions, and/or community outreach.
- Business development in behavioral health required.
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional community relationships.
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, self-directed, and comfortable working independently in the field.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
- Familiarity with DDAP, Joint Commission environments, or healthcare compliance is a plus.
