About the RoleÂ
- Own the architecture and strategy for a modern, enterprise-wide data ecosystemÂ
- Build scalable pipelines and data models that support clinical, operational, and business insightsÂ
- Partner with leadership to turn data into a competitive advantage across the organizationÂ

ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Design and maintain end-to-end data architecture to support scalability and performanceÂ
- Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines from multiple data sources into a centralized warehouseÂ
- Develop dimensional data models (star/snowflake schemas) for analytics and reportingÂ
- Create semantic layers and backend structures for Power BI dashboards and reportingÂ
- Architect a unified data view across clinical, operational, and customer data sourcesÂ

Requirements (Must-Have)Â
- 8 years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or similar rolesÂ
- Advanced expertise in SQL Server, including T-SQL and performance tuningÂ
- Strong experience building ETL/ELT pipelines (SSIS, Azure Data Factory, dbt, or similar)Â
- Deep understanding of dimensional data modeling and data warehousing conceptsÂ
- Experience with Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling, security)Â
- Strong understanding of data security and compliance standards (HIPAA)Â
- Proven ability to lead complex technical projects end-to-endÂ

- Experience in healthcare or behavioral health environmentsÂ
- Familiarity with EMR systems (eClinicalWorks or similar)Â
- Experience building “Customer/Patient 360” data modelsÂ
- Exposure to modern data stack tools and cloud-based architecturesÂ
