The Role:
As a Hospitality Lead, you’ll connect deeply with individuals, guide them through their options, address any concerns, and help them take the next steps in their journey—while also supporting your team as needed.

What You’ll Do
- Connect with everyone client you meet with
- Educate and answer questions about our life-changing offerings
- Help individuals feel comfortable and supported as they begin their journey
- Be adaptable and step in for other roles when necessary
What You Need
- High School Diploma or GED; some college preferred
- Strong customer service mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and basic math skills
- Minimum of 3 years of full-time experience preferably in leadership
- Experience in roles like: customer service, hospitality, dental or vision offices, personal coaching, or high-end restaurant service
