Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Chief of Staff for a full-time, on-site role based in the Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area. The Chief of Staff will serve as a strategic advisor and right-hand to the clinic owner, overseeing daily operations, managing cross-functional initiatives, managing human resources, and fostering organizational alignment. Responsibilities include coordinating key projects, improving internal processes, facilitating communication among departments, management team hiring and mentoring, iverseeing revenue cycle management, and ensuring the implementation of the organization’s strategic vision. This role will also involve high-level decision-making, stakeholder management, and identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and organizational growth.

• Proficiency in Process Optimization, Resource Allocation, and Organizational Development
• Business Acumen, Data Analysis, and Critical Thinking skills
• Experience in the healthcare industry or related fields is highly desirable
• Minimum Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Law or a related field
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
