What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Manager (Outpatient Services) position at Serenity Lane?
- Lead daily operations of an Outpatient Substance Use Disorder Treatment Clinic, ensuring smooth delivery of patient care services.
- Supervise, support, and develop clinical and administrative staff through regular meetings, trainings, and performance evaluations.
- Maintain compliance with CARF standards, Oregon Administrative Rules (OARs), and internal policies through quality assurance activities.
- Manage clinic budgets and resources to ensure fiscal efficiency.
- Provide direct patient care services when needed.
- Collaborate with leadership teams to drive program improvement and clinical excellence.
- Engage in community outreach and represent the clinic in marketing efforts.
- Deliver educational lectures in coordination with Residential Program leadership.
- Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor II (CADC II) or national equivalent (required)
- Proven experience providing Substance Use Disorder treatment in a clinical setting (required)
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role overseeing clinical staff (required)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, guide, and support a multidisciplinary team
- Solid understanding of evidence-based practices in addiction treatment and recovery
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working with electronic health records – experience (preferred)
- Familiarity with Oregon Administrative Rules (OARs) related to SUD treatment (preferred)
- Knowledge of CARF standards for SUD programs (preferred)
- Commitment to integrity, professionalism, and compassionate care in all interactions
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen (Serenity Lane is a Cannabis THC-free workplace)
