We are looking for a Kennel Technician to join our team and provide excellent care for our animals. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the kennel, providing food and water to the animals, monitoring their health, and providing exercise and playtime. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about animal care and has a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate will have experience working with animals in a professional setting.
Responsibilities:
- Feed and water animals according to instructions.
- Clean and maintain kennels, cages, and other areas of the facility.
- Monitor animal behavior and report any changes to the supervisor.
- Administer medications as prescribed by the veterinarian.
- Provide basic grooming services such as brushing and bathing.
- Ensure that all animals are properly identified with tags or microchips.
- Maintain records of animal health, treatments, and vaccinations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
