The Clinical Director will lead the development of clinical programming, supervise clinical staff, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy services for young children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental disabilities. The role combines clinical leadership, program development, and operational collaboration with ownership participation in the center’s long-term success.

This position is ideal for a BCBA who is passionate about clinical excellence, leadership, and building an impactful therapy program that improves the lives of children and families.
