Serenity Hospice Care is looking for an enthusiastic and organized Staffing Coordinator for our Hamilton office. This position is full time, Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and maintaining schedules for all Certified Home Health Aides according to the patient census.
- Communicates any staffing schedule changes to the patients & Serenity Hospice Care employees as needed.
- Answer phones in a professional and timely manner.
- Enter documentation into EMR system.
- Assist with duties assigned by Staffing Manager.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous Staffing Experience Preferred.
- Excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft Office.
- Flexible and able to adapt to changes as needed.
- Able to self-manage and work with teams
- Organized & Detail Orientated.
- Reliable and trustworthy.
- Drivers License with reliable transportation.
This position is full time, Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm.
