We are currently seeking a dedicated Mid-shift Hospice RN to join our team in Lancaster, PA, with a primary focus on admissions. Help us welcome patients and families with empathy and clarity during some of life’s most vulnerable moments.

Perform timely and thorough hospice admissions
Educate patients and families about care options and services
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to create individualized care plans

What We’re Looking For:
Active RN license in Pennsylvania
Hospice or admissions experience strongly preferred
