Serenity Hospice is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant to join our hospice care team serving Lehigh, Northampton, Berks, and Monroe Counties.
This part-time weekend position is ideal for a CNA who is passionate about providing comfort, dignity, and personalized care to hospice patients while supporting their families during an important time in their lives.
Position Highlights:
Part-time weekend schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Flexible scheduling options: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday OR Saturday, Sunday, and Monday
Mileage reimbursement provided

Supportive interdisciplinary hospice team
Responsibilities:
Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living for hospice patients
Assist patients with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility
Observe and report changes in patient condition to the hospice nurse
Provide compassionate support to patients and their families
Maintain accurate documentation of patient care
Follow established care plans and hospice policies and procedures
Promote patient comfort, dignity, and quality of life
Qualifications:
Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
Hospice, home health, or long-term care experience preferred
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
Strong communication, observation, and teamwork skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to travel to patients’ homes throughout the assigned territory, including Lehigh, Northampton, Berks, and Monroe Counties
