Duties
- Lead and supervise all dining operations
- Oversee food preparation and kitchen management to maintain high standards of quality, presentation, and safety.
- Manage inventory control processes, including ordering, stock rotation, and waste reduction to optimize food costs.
- Train and develop staff
- Monitor shift management activities to ensure smooth transitions between team members while maintaining productivity levels.
- Enforce food handling regulations and safety protocols to uphold health standards across all dining areas.
- Conduct interviewing and hiring processes to build a skilled team aligned with our service standards.
- Manage budgets related to food costs, labor expenses, and operational supplies to meet financial targets.
- Foster a welcoming hospitality environment by delivering exceptional customer service and resolving guest concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant management or food service management within quick service & fast food or casual dining environments.
- Strong background in culinary arts with hands-on experience in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management.
- Demonstrated supervising experience with team management skills including training & development as well as interviewing candidates.
- Knowledge of inventory control practices, food safety regulations, and budgeting principles.
- Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to motivate staff in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
- Previous experience managing restaurant operations in hotel or catering environments is preferred.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence across diverse dining formats including banquet settings or bar environments.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a high-energy atmosphere.
