Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) or Psychiatric-Mental Health CRNP (PMH-CRNP) to join our dynamic mental health team. Duties

• Comprehensive Health Assessments: Provide integrative health evaluations, combining traditional physical exams with detailed assessments of lifestyle, nutrition, sleep, stress levels, environmental exposures, and emotional well-being to inform diagnosis and treatment plans.
• Root-Cause Diagnosis and Treatment: Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions using a root-cause frame-work, blending standard pharmacotherapy with functional medicine, targeted supplementation, and lifestyle interventions.
• Integrative Treatment Planning: Design personalized wellness plans incorporating nutrition strategies, botanical medicine, mind-body techniques, and stress-management protocols.
• Patient Education and Coaching: Partner with clients to provide continuous health coaching, empowering them to take an active role in their health transformation and long-term vitality.
• Medication Management Services: Prescribe medications and manage treatment regimens in accordance with collaborative practice agreements and DEA regulations
• Documentation and Compliance: Utilize and maintain EMR/EHR systems for accurate documentation of medical records, clinical notes, and coding (ICD-10/ICD-9).
• Collaborative Care: Collaborate closely with therapists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive client care across disciplines.
• Preventative & Longevity Focus: Emphasize early disease prevention, metabolic health optimization, and healthy aging strategies tailored to individual client goals.

Skills

• Integrative Mental Health and Gut-Brain Care: Expertise in addressing the gut-brain axis, neuroinflammation, stress responses, and the impact of gut dysbiosis and lifestyle on mood and cognitive function.
• Advanced Functional Diagnostics: Skills in ordering and interpreting specialized functional lab panels
• Dual-Model Treatment Planning: Ability to safely blend standard pharmacotherapy with functional medicine, targeted nutraceuticals, botanical adaptogens, and bioidentical hormones while monitoring for interactions.
• Root-Cause Chronic Disease Management: Proficiency in identifying and treating underlying drivers of systemic illness, metabolic dysfunction, autoimmune conditions, and chronic fatigue.
• Trauma-Informed and Body-Mind Interventions: Experience delivering trauma-informed care and prescribing mind-body practices, including autonomic nervous system regulation, breathwork, HRV optimization, and sleep restoration.
• Motivational Coaching and Communication: Strong active listening and motivational interviewing skills to build client rapport, address psychosocial stressors, and empower long-term health behavior changes.
• Collaborative and Compliant Practice: Proven track record of seamless collaboration within an interdisciplinary team (psychotherapists and holistic practicitoners) and meticulous compliant EHR documentation.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Active, unencumbered CRNP License in the state of PA
• National Board Certification (ANCC or AANP) as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Psychiatric-Mental Health CRNP (PMH-CRNP)
• Prescriptive Authority and active DEA license
• Formal training or certification in Functional Medicine, Integrative Medicine or holistic modalities strongly preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical NP experience (Integrative or functional medicine settings preferred but not required)

Position Type: Independent Contractor (1099)

• Competitive 70/30 Fee Split: You retain 70% of gross collections for all services rendered, directly rewarding your clinical expertise and caseload growth.

• Credentialing and Billing Support: We offer assistance with insurance credentialing, paneled onboarding, and claims submission / billing logistics to simply your administrative workload and ensure seamless reimbursement.
• Guidance for Independent Benefits: While standard employer-sponsored health plans are not provided for 1099 positions, we offer structured support and professional resources to assist you in navigating and securing health coverage, retirement and financial planning, and business / tax support.

Pay: $8,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month
