As a medical sales associate, you will primarily be helping patients understand the lifesaving benefits of medication, TMS, and Ketamine. The position will include cross training primarily with operating the TMS machine. This is an entry level position with a lot of opportunities in a fast-growing healthcare technology company.

What You’ll Do
- Provide the highest level of patient care through compassion and understanding
- Passionately educate patients on treatment options (TMS, Ketamine, etc.)
- Work directly with an assigned provider to maximize exceptional patient care
- Accurately complete patient evaluations through conversational assessments
- Assist with daily clinical operations
- Drive positive patient results
Qualifications
- You really have to enjoy talking to patients all day
- High School Diploma or GED; Associates in healthcare related field, communications, marketing, or business preferred
- Minimum of 1 year in a customer or patient facing role
- Comfortability in navigating unique customer interactions
- Keen attention to detail
- Adaptive communication skill set
- Empathetic and positive attitude
- Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
