Patient Experience Coordinator
Serenity is looking for Patient Experience Coordinators (PEC) for our Phoenix area offices. As a PEC, you will primarily support our patients by extending a warm welcome, addressing questions or concerns, and overall creating a positive and comfortable atmosphere. Through personable and genuine conversations, you will develop memorable experiences for them to receive the best care. We are looking for people who thrive in social interactions and find gratification in improving someone’s day.

Daily Job Essentials
- Extend a warm greeting to each patient and attempt to make meaningful conversation.
- Help patients feel valued by creating rapport, remembering their names, their interests, and stories.
- Build patient trust by answering questions, addressing worries, respecting boundaries, and being sensitive to their individual challenges.
- Rotate through various office tasks throughout the day.

- High School Diploma/ GED.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, basic math skills.
- Previous experience working with computer-based information systems.
- Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a reception or personal customer service industry.
