The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for fulfilling print collateral orders, updating Google Business Profiles (GMB) and listing aggregator accounts, and assisting the marketing team with tasks that boost brand visibility and drive patient acquisition. Key Responsibilities:
- Fulfill and manage print collateral orders, ensuring accurate production, inventory tracking, and on‑time delivery
- Update and optimize Google Business Profiles and aggregator listings for all locations, maintaining accurate, SEO‑friendly information
- Assist with general marketing tasks such as email campaigns, social media scheduling, basic graphic edits, and event coordination
- Collaborate with sales and clinic teams to route marketing requests, track progress, and maintain organized project documentation
- Compile and report performance metrics for print usage, listings visibility, and campaign KPIs, providing actionable insights to leadership
- Maintain brand consistency by ensuring all print and digital assets align with Serenity’s guidelines
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1‑3 years of experience in marketing coordination, print production, or local SEO—healthcare or multi‑location experience a plus
- Proficiency with Google Business Profile Manager, listing aggregators, and basic design tools (Adobe InDesign/Illustrator or Canva)
- Strong technology acumen and comfort learning new software and managing data in spreadsheets
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer‑service orientation
- Sales‑oriented mindset with an eye toward supporting revenue‑driving campaigns
