We are seeking a Customer Care Specialist for our Sugar Land, TX office. Your primary responsibility will be helping patients heal using TMS treatment.

- High School Diploma/ GED.
- Strong customer service mindset.
- Three years’ work experience in customer service required
- Excellent verbal and written communication, and basic math skills.
- Well-versed in de-escalation skills and ability to connect with individuals.
