Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive and nurturing environment.
- Monitor and document clients' health status and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Help clients with mobility issues by assisting them in lifting or transferring safely.
- Support clients with memory care needs by engaging them in cognitive activities and routines.
- Collaborate effectively with family members to ensure comprehensive care.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Home Health Aide or in a similar caregiving role is preferred.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or those requiring assisted living services is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with memory care practices is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients.
- Compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life.
- Ability to lift clients safely and assist them with mobility challenges.
