Key Responsibilities
1. Team Leadership & Training
* Lead, mentor, and support the esthetics team.
* Train new estheticians on treatment protocols, products, equipment, and company standards.
* Provide ongoing education and guidance to improve treatment quality and performance.
* Ensure team members follow established procedures and maintain professional standards.
* Support staff with questions, challenges, and treatment-related concerns.
2. Treatment Quality & Protocol Compliance
* Ensure all treatments are performed according to company protocols and established safety standards.
* Monitor treatment quality and consistency across the team.
* Ensure proper sanitation, hygiene, equipment handling, and treatment room preparation.
* Stay informed about skincare products, treatments, and industry best practices.
* Assist with client consultations and treatment recommendations within the scope of licensure.
3. Client Experience & Customer Service
* Ensure every client receives an exceptional, personalized spa experience.
* Address client questions and treatment concerns professionally.
* Assist with resolving client complaints and escalating issues to management when necessary.

Qualifications
