- Conduct thorough client consultations and skin assessments to determine appropriate services.
- Develop and recommend individualized treatment plans and home-care routines.
- Educate clients on skincare products, treatment options, and recommended maintenance.

- Maintain accurate and complete client records, including treatment notes and relevant skincare history.
- Follow established sanitation, disinfection, and infection-control protocols.

- Monitor client comfort and safety throughout each service.
- Build positive, long-term client relationships through attentive service and consistent follow-through.
- Stay informed about skincare products, treatment techniques, and developments in the esthetics industry.
- Collaborate with front desk staff and fellow estheticians to support scheduling, appointment flow, and an exceptional client experience.
- Active Nebraska Esthetician License required by the start of employment. Candidates pursuing Nebraska licensure through reciprocity may also be considered.
- Strong understanding of skincare principles, facial treatments, skin analysis, and product recommendations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to assess client needs and explain treatment options clearly and professionally.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to sanitation and client safety.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a busy spa environment.
- Experience with HydraFacial, microdermabrasion, and dermaplaning preferred.
- Experience with chemical peels and microneedling is a plus, where permitted by applicable licensing and scope-of-practice requirements.
