You will oversee the daily operations of our dietary department, manage a team of dietary staff, and collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the planning, preparation, and serving of patient meals, snacks, and special dietary items
Manage the dietary staff, including supervision, training, and performance evaluations
Develop and implement dietary programs and policies to meet the nutritional needs of our patients
Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
Conduct menu planning and budget management to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational goals
Maintain accurate records and reports related to dietary services and patient care
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure excellent patient care and satisfaction
Requirements:
2 years of experience as a Dietary Manager or related role
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred
Basic knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and quality control
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Have all Dietary Certifications
