About the Role
Join our permanent, in-house therapy team! We’re looking for a compassionate COTA to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care under the supervision of a licensed OT, empowering residents to gain independence and improve daily function.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct Care: Execute OT-designed treatment plans and guide ADL exercises.
- Patient Education: Train residents and families on therapeutic techniques and adaptive equipment.
- Documentation & Teamwork: Maintain precise electronic medical records and collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams.
Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted COTA license in Illinois.
- Strong clinical problem-solving skills and a passion for senior care.
