- Assist with transferring and repositioning residents, as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care and services
- Collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care and services
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
Requirements:
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- High school diploma or equivalent required
