Qualifications
- 2 years of prior front office experience is required, preferably in a general dentistry or Orthodontic setting
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred, but not required
- Familiarity with Open Dental software
- Knowledge of dental terminology, insurance verification, treatment planning, prior authorizations, and Medicaid/PPO insurance plans
- Good phone etiquette and familiar with multi-line phones
