What are the responsibilities and job description for the Daycare Floater position at Serenity Daycare LLC?
Position: Daycare Floater
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
We are looking for a reliable and flexible Daycare Floater to help support the daily operations of our center.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in classrooms wherever additional help is needed
- Help with diapering/changing, behaviors, activities, projects, meals, and daily routines
- Prepare and serve food as needed
- Help clean and maintain the center throughout the day
- Provide classroom coverage and assist staff with breaks
- Help with closing duties at the end of the day
- Monitor the center and help ensure classrooms are running smoothly
- Communicate concerns, needs, and important information with staff, administration, and owners
We are looking for someone who is dependable, flexible, hardworking, and comfortable helping wherever needed throughout the center.
Pay: From $13.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
