We offer Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Outpatient services, providing individual, group, and family therapy with an emphasis on peer support and family involvement to promote lasting change.

Position Overview:
This position combines receptionist and administrative duties with some clinical coordination responsibilities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, personable, and comfortable working in a behavioral health setting.
As part of our ongoing effort to streamline office systems, this role will also work with the owner to organize and document workflows that support efficient and consistent operations. Candidates with clinical knowledge or experience in a mental health setting are strongly preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in clients, answer phones, emails, and treatment inquiries
- Schedule appointments and maintain clinician calendars
- Complete initial phone intake screenings and assist in determining program eligibility and scheduling assessments.
- Ensure clients complete initial paperwork
- Assist with oversight of clinical documentation completion/compliance and facility licensing requirements
- Assist with insurance and licensing audits
- Collection of client drug tests
- Creation and maintenance of employee files and training records
- Verify insurance benefits and discuss financial responsibility requirements with clients
- Complete prior authorizations for treatment and assist with concurrent reviews
- Support billing processes and coordinate with billing services to ensure proper claims submission
- Maintain organized client paperwork and assist with clinical documentation tracking
- Order and organize office supplies
- Collaborate with the owner to review existing office systems, identify process improvements, and help create written guides for daily operations
Education:
- Minimum, high school diploma
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a similar field preferred
- Administrative experience 1-2 years preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
