What you’ll do
- Manage daily office operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Supervise clerical staff and provide training & development to enhance team performance
- Handle vendor management tasks, ensuring timely delivery of services and supplies
- Oversee bookkeeping functions using QuickBooks to maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate event planning activities to create engaging experiences for staff and clients
- Facilitate human resources functions including payroll processing and employee onboarding
- Maintain filing systems and ensure proper documentation for all office activities
- Answer multi-line phone systems with professionalism, directing calls as needed
Basic qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative or office management role
Preferred qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with medical office management practices is a plus
- Experience in budget management and financial oversight
