We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to build and lead data-informed marketing strategies that drive growth, enhance brand awareness, and deepen engagement with clients, caregivers, and referral partners. This role is ideal for a strategic, hands-on marketer who enjoys both high-level planning and day-to-day execution in a growing healthcare organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, community-based, referral-focused) that support growth and revenue goals.
- Support branch managers and regional leaders with local marketing execution, referral development, and community outreach.
- Partner with executive leadership, operations, and HR to align marketing initiatives with service line expansion, recruitment campaigns, and new market entries.
- Conduct and oversee market research on referral sources, client demographics, competitive landscape, and home care/home health trends.
- Track and analyze campaign, web, and CRM performance to optimize outcomes and share clear insights with leadership.
- Own brand strategy, including positioning, messaging, and visual identity across locations and channels.
- Manage Serengeti Care’s online reputation and presence across review platforms, social media, and the broader community.
- Support and promote events, sponsorships, and community outreach to elevate our presence in each market.
- Develop a regular reporting cadence (monthly/quarterly) to share metrics, trends, and recommendations.
- Use marketing tools (Google Analytics, email platforms, social media tools, CRM) to plan, execute, and measure campaigns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (required); Master’s degree/MBA preferred but not required.
- 5–7 years of progressive marketing experience, including 2–3 years in a managerial or project leadership role.
- Experience in healthcare, home care, home health, senior services, or another regulated industry strongly preferred.
- Proven success developing and executing multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable growth.
- Hands-on experience with social media, email marketing, SEO, content marketing, and website management (WordPress or similar).
- Experience working with CRM systems and marketing analytics tools; familiarity with project management and marketing automation platforms preferred.
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills; ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule
- Full-time, Monday–Friday.
- Occasional evenings or weekends for events or time-sensitive initiatives.
