The Opportunity
We are seeking a Branch Manager who can lead with empathy, drive performance, and foster a supportive environment for our caregivers, clients, and community partners. This position plays a central role in ensuring the branch's success, partnering with the Staffing Coordinator and Services Liaison to ensure high-quality service delivery, operational compliance, and client satisfaction.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the daytoday operations of the branch with oversight of client care, staffing, and compliance.
- Support caregivers and clients by addressing service issues, coaching staff, and promoting a culture of accountability.
- Collaborate with the Staffing Coordinator to maintain complete and accurate schedules.
- Ensure documentation, caregiver credentials, and client files are current and auditready.
- Coach and support your team through challenges, celebrate their successes, and model servant leadership.
- 2 years of supervisory or management experience (home care or healthcare preferred)
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Understanding of care coordination, caregiver scheduling, and regulatory compliance
- Experience working with diverse populations and leading a team
- Passion for providing excellent service and a desire to grow with a missiondriven company
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort learning new systems (HRIS, scheduling software)
