Hardscape Specialist – Northern Michigan
We are hiring a Hardscape Specialist to help build premium outdoor living spaces across Northern Michigan. We are looking for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, works well on a team, and wants to be part of a company focused on high-end residential construction rather than production work.
In this role, you will help construct natural stone patios, retaining walls, steps, drainage systems, and related outdoor features while maintaining high standards for safety, detail, and jobsite professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Build custom hardscape projects with a focus on quality and precision
- Assist with layout, excavation, grading, compaction, and installation
- Install patios, walls, steps, edging, drainage, and site features
- Operate tools and equipment safely
- Maintain a clean and organized jobsite
- Work as part of a team to deliver an excellent finished product and client experience
Qualifications
- Hardscape or construction experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to perform physical outdoor work in changing weather
- Equipment experience is a plus
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
Compensation & Benefits
- Total cash compensation target of $65,000-$85,000 annually
