PRN / Part-Time Pelvic Health Physical TherapistPosition Overview
We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and patient-centered Pelvic Health Physical Therapist to join our growing practice on a PRN or part-time basis. This role is ideal for a therapist who values one-on-one care, individualized treatment plans, and a supportive, collaborative environment focused on whole-person wellness.
Our clinic specializes in pelvic health, pregnancy, postpartum, and orthopedic care with an emphasis on high-quality, relationship-based treatment sessions. This position may also include occasional schedule flexibility to assist with patient coverage surrounding birth attendance and postpartum care needs.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Provide one-on-one pelvic health physical therapy evaluations and treatment sessions
- Develop individualized plans of care for orthopedic, pelvic floor, prenatal, postpartum, and wellness patients
- Perform thorough documentation in a timely and compliant manner
- Educate patients on exercise, body mechanics, pelvic floor function, labor preparation, postpartum recovery, and wellness strategies
- Collaborate with other healthcare and wellness professionals as needed
- Maintain a warm, professional, and welcoming patient experience
- Assist with occasional schedule coverage for birth-related absences or patient care continuity
- Participate in clinic growth initiatives, community events, or wellness programming as interested and available
Qualifications & Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Oklahoma
- Experience or strong interest in pelvic health, pregnancy, and postpartum care
- Pelvic health continuing education preferred; mentorship opportunities may be available for the right candidate
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a small team environment
- Comfortable providing individualized, hands-on care in extended one-on-one treatment sessions
- Flexible and dependable schedule availability preferred
- CPR certification required
Preferred Experience
- Pelvic floor evaluation and treatment
- Orthopedic manual therapy
- Pregnancy and postpartum rehabilitation
- Dry needling certification (optional, if applicable to your clinic)
