Serene Mind Counseling is hiring a full-time Associate Counselor / Licensed Associate Therapist to join our growing group private practice in Mesa, Arizona. This role is ideal for a license-eligible or early-career therapist seeking strong supervision, a steady caseload, and a supportive team environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy to adults and adolescents (couples when appropriate)
- Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans
- Deliver trauma-informed, evidence-based therapy (CBT, DBT, EMDR, or related modalities)
- Maintain a consistent caseload of 20–25 client sessions per week
- Complete clinical documentation accurately within 48 hours
- Participate in weekly clinical supervision and team meetings
- Provide services via in-person and telehealth counseling
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- Arizona license or license-eligible (LAC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, LMFT)
- Experience or interest in trauma-informed therapy
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Comfortable working in a structured group practice setting
- Ability to meet productivity and documentation expectations
