Full-Time / Part-Time / Per Diem
Serene Home Nursing Agency – Queens to Montauk, Long Island
Pay: $70.00 – $90.00 per visit

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals
- Train caregivers and school staff on therapy techniques
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation
Qualifications
- Valid New York State SLP license
- ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience preferred
- Professional liability insurance
