We are seeking experienced and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team for private duty home care cases, providing personalized, hands-on clinical care in a focused, low-ratio environment.
About the Role
As a Private Duty RN with Serene, you will provide dedicated 1-to-1 care to patients in their home, allowing you to fully apply your clinical expertise without the pressures of facility-based staffing.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide continuous 1-to-1 nursing care in the home setting
- Perform skilled nursing care, including:
- Medication administration
- G-Tube feedings
- Tracheostomy and ventilator management
- Monitor patient condition and respond to changes appropriately
- Coordinate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation
- Educate patients and families on care plans and best practices

Requirements
- Current NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Experience with Trach, Vent, and G-Tube care preferred (training available)
- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills

Compensation
- $45 – $48 per hour
- Skilled Visits: $60 – $75 per visit
