Job Summary:

We are seeking dedicated and clinically strong Licensed Clinicians who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of the communities we serve throughout Arizona.

Position Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and biopsychosocial evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs
- Provide individual, family, and/or group psychotherapy services
- Complete timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation within EMR/EHR systems
- Perform crisis intervention, suicide risk assessments, and safety planning when appropriate
- Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams, primary care providers, case managers, and community resources
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, state licensing regulations, and organizational policies
- Participate in clinical supervision, staff meetings, audits, trainings, and quality assurance initiatives
- Support and mentor associate-level clinicians or interns when applicable
- Assist in improving patient engagement, retention, and overall treatment outcomes
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Active Arizona license required (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD, or equivalent)
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Behavioral Health, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- Previous behavioral health or community mental health experience preferred
- Experience with EMR/EHR systems and telehealth platforms required
- Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills
- Background in clinical supervision, leadership, or staff mentorship preferred
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
- Proficiency with EHR systems (behavioral health platforms preferred)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Outpatient behavioral health clinic
- Fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Must have a suitable home office setup that ensures client confidentiality and a professional environment for telehealth services to support hybrid model.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at an office desk on the computer.
- Lifting: Able to lift up to 15lbs.
