Part-Time Mammography Technologist — Serene Diagnostic Imaging (Tavares, FL)
Serene Diagnostic Imaging is a small, family-oriented imaging center in Tavares, FL offering three modalities: mammography, DEXA (bone density), and general ultrasound. We're seeking a Part-Time Mammography Technologist with all credentials in place to join our close-knit team. We pride ourselves on providing compassionate, high-quality care, and we're looking for someone who shares that commitment to our patients.
Schedule: Part-time — Fridays plus one Saturday per month.
Compensation: Competitive salary.
What we're looking for:
- Certified Mammography Technologist with all required credentials and licensure in place (ARRT (M), Florida state license, and current BLS)
- Ability and willingness to perform DEXA (bone density) scans in addition to mammography
- A genuinely caring attitude toward patients
- A warm, friendly personality and excellent interpersonal skills
- Professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail
Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality mammography exams in accordance with MQSA and facility standards
- Perform DEXA (bone density) scans
- Ensure patient comfort, safety, and dignity throughout each exam
- Maintain accurate records and proper equipment care
- Work collaboratively with our small team to deliver an excellent patient experience
