Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Infant/Toddler Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will care for infants and toddlers in a soft and loving manner.
Duties
- Supervise and engage with children, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment.
- Help maintain a clean and organized classroom space conducive to learning.
- Observe and document student progress, providing feedback to parents on individual student needs.
- Assist with daily routines, including diapering, feeding, napping, and productive play time.
- Foster positive relationships with students and parents, encouraging their emotional and social development.
Qualifications
- Experience working with children in educational or daycare settings is preferred.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with behavior management strategies to support diverse learning needs.
- Previous experience in special education or working with toddlers is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, teachers, and parents.
- A nurturing attitude and a genuine passion for educating young learners.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
