Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to both the sales and purchasing teams.
- Assist with processing customer orders, preparing quotes, and following up on open requests.
- Maintain and update data in spreadsheets, reports, and internal systems.
- Manage incoming calls and emails, ensuring prompt and professional responses to customers and vendors.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (spreadsheets, formulas, pivot tables).
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Prior experience in an administrative, sales support, or purchasing role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
