Merchandise Manager

Job Summary

Merge data from various sources to create a cohesive view of merchandise sales and revenue.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop business strategies to maximize financial performance of departmental categories, including assortment plans, product pricing, promotional activity, and exit strategies.
• Work with planning counterparts to provide input on seasonal forecasting and inventory strategies.
• Identify opportunities for new product or concept development and collaborate with design counterparts to bring them to life.
• Make marketing recommendations for campaigns, emails, catalog, website, and social content.
• Manage information across functions, working closely with cross-functional partners.

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
• At least 4-6 years merchandising experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and analytics.
• Ability to create and present powerful documents to executive leadership team.
• Fully developed financial business acumen.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.

Salary : $104,000 - $156,000
