Data Cloud Solution Architect

Remote Position – Any Location in the U.S. with Great Wifi Works!

We are looking for a Data Cloud Architect to be the driving force behind our clients' data transformation initiatives. You won't just build solutions—you will be the trusted advisor who shapes the data strategy, bridging the gap between business vision and technical execution. You will lead the discovery, design, and implementation of robust, scalable Data Cloud solutions that unify customer data and deliver measurable business outcomes for our clients.

What You Bring

• Proven success (5 years) in Salesforce architecture and implementation, with significant hands-on experience in Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Deep data modeling expertise within the Salesforce ecosystem, including best practices for customer segmentation and activation.
• Strong Data Architecture skills with experience integrating Data Cloud with modern cloud data platforms (e.g., Big Query, Snowflake, Databricks).
• Exceptional stakeholder navigation skills, comfortable conversing equally with C-level executives on strategy and technical teams on data structure.
• Demonstrated ability to simplify complex technical concepts and articulate strategic roadmaps and use cases to non-technical audiences.
• Relevant professional certification (e.g., Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Consultant) or equivalent technical background.
  
  

A Day-in-the-Life

• Lead high-impact Discovery workshops to define client use cases and connect unified data to tangible business outcomes.
• Translate business needs into clear, documented solution blueprints and strategic roadmaps for Data Cloud implementation that lead to ongoing engagements with the client.
• Own the data architecture and integration strategy, identifying key sources and guiding decisions on data governance and identity resolution.
• Oversee the build approach, providing technical leadership, managing risks, and ensuring optimal performance of the solution.
• Act as the Subject Matter Expert, constantly monitoring industry trends and the evolution of the Salesforce Data Cloud product.
• Mentor client teams and create clear documentation to ensure smooth knowledge transfer and drive high solution adoption.
  
  

What Success Looks Like

• Within 6 months, you have successfully led the full Discovery and Blueprinting phase for at least three complex Data Cloud projects, receiving top marks for clarity and strategic alignment from the client.
• Within 9 months, you have guided the launch of two major Data Cloud solutions that demonstrably achieved the client's stated business outcomes (e.g., increased conversion, improved data quality).
• By the end of your first year, you are recognized internally as the go-to technical leader for Data Cloud, actively contributing to our internal IP and supporting pre-sales efforts.
