The Tifton Housing Authority is now accepting applications/resumes for the position of Facilities Manager. The employee selected for this position will be responsible for coordinating all activities related to the Maintenance Department. Responsibilities include directing the activities of mechanics, laborers and contractors engaged in preventative and rehabilitative maintenance, modernization and other special projects. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, a related field of study or a combination of education and professional experience. Drug screen and criminal history check required. GA Driver’s license required. Salary Negotiable.
